Arend was licensed as a Real Estate Broker in California and Washington state. He has 20 years in the real estate industry specializing in commercial properties and land development.  

Arend has lived in Montana for six years.  In his leisure time, Arend enjoys reading, classical music, horses, and the great outdoors.

REAL ESTATE

Arend has a diverse background in the acquisition, due diligence, negotiating, closing, disposition, marketing, contract execution, asset portfolio management, and reinvestment consideration of real estate.

Arend specializes in land development and commercial real estate at the Trimac Group. Arend worked 10 years as a corporate real estate manager, including a Dow 30 corporation. He was responsible for new market development, site acquisition, asset management, and financing of net-leased real estate. Arend spent notable years with Amity Real Estate Partners acquiring and developing properties for its principles. Arend was principal/broker of a real estate investment/counseling firm where he performed M&A transactions, sale/leaseback, competitive, strategic, site, and market analysis for clients.

Arend provides unparalleled research and analysis on commercial and investment real estate to assist his clients with making prudent business decisions.
