Jan is a long-time Helena resident, and owner of the Montana Book & Toy Company, in downtown Helena. Jan’s experience reflects a commitment to well-researched & thorough information gathering. Jan’s focus is on new development, land sales, and small business opportunities.
She is a graduate of Capital High School, and has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Montana in Business Administration -with an emphasis in Small Business Management and a minor in Fine Arts.
Jan is involved in numerous community organizations & activities, as well as raising her three daughters with husband, Matt Stayner. During her leisure time, Jan enjoys traveling, ethnic cooking, entertaining, a variety of outdoor activities, and is a voracious reader.
