Alice was born and raised in Connecticut and came to Montana with her husband, Ed, in 1994. Alice has worked in environmental consulting for more than 17 years and brings years of experience working with local lenders assessing commercial real estate for environmental liabilities. Alice has been involved in the Helena community with her many activities, volunteer work, and support of the arts.

Alice brings to the Trimac Group more than 17 years experience as an environmental consultant specializing in hazardous waste, water quality, and asbestos. She has worked, over the years, with local lenders regarding environmental liabilities for commercial real estate.
Alice is a business owner and has been personally investing in real estate for more than 9 years. She is eager to apply her experience to customers and clients listing and selling real estate.
